The Lance Armstrong Foundation is uniting people across the country to make cancer a national priority.

The LIVESTRONG Army is uniting people across the country to make cancer a national priority. We're engaged in the fight against
cancer beginning in our own backyard of Brazoria County. We advocate for legislation within the county, the State of Texas and on the
federal level. We demand legislation which promotes cancer prevention and expands access for cancer screening, treatment and
survivor care. We ask our local, state and federal representatives what they'll do about cancer and we hold them accountable.
Survivors are anyone battling cancer: the person with cancer, a spouse or a partner, a child, a friend, a parent or a caregiver.
Survivorship begins at diagnosis, the moment someone's battle with cancer begins, and continues through their treatment and beyond.
Survivors need knowledge, support, and hope to face head-on the challenges and changes it brings. Cancer not only affects people in
a physical sense, but in emotional and practical ways too. Together with the Lance Armstrong Foundation we provide educational
programs, tools and information survivors need to learn, fight, rest, be inspired and above all - LIVE STRONG!
BEFORE CANCER WE JUST LIVED, NOW WE LIVE STRONG.
